Plan to meet GMS/PMS Contractual Requirements for Patient Online Service.
Patient’s have been able to order repeat prescriptions and change address online since June 2013 and from March 2015 you can now use the online service to book your GP appointments.

bring this into the surgery with 2 forms of identification (photo ID), you can also pick up a registration form from the surgery to complete if you prefer.
Once you have received your “PIN” document from the surgery you will need to complete your registration online.
(you will need to register for the service before the date shown on your document, this is usually within a 2 week period).
You can register through www.rowlandsgillmedicalcentre.nhs.uk click on the blue “order a prescription” box on the right hand side of the screen or register through the Patient UK website www.patient.co.uk follow the prompts and you will be all set to go.
The online registration and request service programme may not be supported on all mobile phones, it is recommended when you first register that you access the service using your PC.
Please note you will not be able to access any “acute” medications using this system. (“Acute” medications are items you may have been prescribed but the GP has not added to your repeat prescription list). Please discuss this with your GP when you attend for your next medication review.
GMS/PMS 2014-15 Contractual Requirement for Patient On-line Service.
This Practice currently offers the facility for all patients to order on-line, view and print a list of their repeat prescriptions or medicines and appliances.
From the 31st March 2015 the practice now offers patient’s facilities to book, view, amend, cancel and print appointments on-line.
The practice now offers patients facilities to view on-line, export or print any summary information from their record, relating to medications, allergies, adverse reactions and any other items agreed between the practice and individual patient, before 31st March 2015, subject to the availability of NHS GP systems and software.
We will continue to publicise and promote our on-line services to our practice patients through the practice website, practice waiting room leaflets, posters and the Patient Participation Group as they become available. Register for on-line access, complete the registration form and book appointments, request prescriptions or print off your medication, allergy or adverse reaction summary for your next hospital appointment from the comfort of your home. Your reception staff will be happy to help with your registration.
